TAKE OWNERSHIP OF YOUR BODY
This exciting 3.5.hour course is for anyone and everyone, no matter your experience and fitness background. In creating it, we decided to approach the topic of breathing in a more holistic way and to be of service to people outside of the yoga community as well. Eva will be guiding you through the importance of breath, fascial breathing, and pranayama practices that will improve your health. You will go on to understand the mechanics of breathing, the role of your diaphragm, as well as how your nutrition, trauma, and emotions impact your ability to breathe
Breathing is such an inherent act, and simultaneously so neglected by most of us. For the duration of this course with Eva, you will be introduced to your own breath, and breathing patterns. You will be able to learn how to create new pathways that will improve your breathing, and unlearn any old habits related to shallow and mouth breathing.
